Be sober -minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like roaring lion ,seeking someone to devour.
Resist him, standing firm in your faith and in the knowledge that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kinds of suffering.
घमंडी का सर हमेशा नीचा होता है। अहंकार का मूर्त रूप रावण मारा गया। गीता मैं कृष्ण अर्जुन से कहते हैं तू मेरी शरण आ जा मैं तेरी हिफाज़त करूंगा।
गुरुग्रंथ साहब बार बार कहता है गुरसिख तू सिमरन कर ,कवच पहन ले याद का बस अपना भांडा साफ़ रख और मुझे (वह गुरु को ,सतनाम को ,अल्लाह को ,यहोबा को ,ईसा को ..जो तुझे भावे उसी रूप में ) हमेशा याद रख उठते बैठते जैसे मछली पानी से प्रीती रखती है उसके बिना एक पल भी नहीं रहती।
जहां राम का नाम होता है वहां शैतान या माया नहीं आ सकती। दूर छिटकती है माया परमात्मा को याद रखने वाले से उसके पास नहीं छिटकती।
परमात्मा कहते हैं तुम एक कदम मेरी ओर बढ़ो मैं सौ कदम रखूंगा।
माया और उसका कुनबा लोभ, मोह ,अहंकार, ईर्ष्या ,काम क्रोध आदि दिन रात तेरे पीछे पड़े हैं। सावधान रह इनसे राम नाम तुझे बचाएगा। सिमरन तुझे ताकत देगा।
